  2. Looks like you have lots of fun doing this, and I believe it goes a little bit faster than normal cross-stitching... ;O)

  6. Hello Natalia!! Another beautiful work with silk ribbon. I like this one more. How big/tiny are beads size 22 (millimeters?)? Are this no hole beads?
I really had to laugh when I read your comment (on my post Of monday) this evening :)!! It seemed like I could feel AND see (face) your amazement at that time. You can found in the wikipedia what Carnaval is. Then you will know what I (and many other people do) meant with the people with the (not only) "red" noses. By the way the nose on my blogpicture had a skin color...;)
    Warm hugs, Ilona

  8. Thank you very much for your comments.

Birgit, I do enjoy it! I would say it is more creative than cross stitch or needlepoint.

Ilona, beads 22 size is very very tiny, 1 mm, you can find them occasionally on Ebay.com, at least, this is where I purchased them.

  9. Thank you Natalia for your explanation of the beads size. So it is not a no-hole bead, its a "real" (with a hole in it) bead? Do you need special needles for it, it is so tiny??
I just read again my comment above: I hope you didn't understand me wrong, that you are not angry with me? My English is not that good, I'm sorry, but I meant/wanted to tell you that you cheered me up with your comment. That's all.
    Warm hugs, Ilona

  10. Ilona, I forgot to tell, yes, these beads are NOT a no-hole beads. They have holes and it is very pleasant to work with them, they are in scale; and you need a special needle for them. I use a needle for beads # 13.
I understood you correctly and there is no reason to be angry with you. Don't forget, English is not my native language either. So, it takes both of us, :))))
