Punchneedle Rug

My Springtime Bunny in Punchneedle completed!

I made the long loops in purpose: I will shave them.

I will show you the result when the rug will be completely finished.

Thank you and have a great day!

  3. Wow, that second picture is great. It has enlarged your work so much that I can clearly see, how the technique is of working with punch needle, thank you :D!! Oh dear, are you really going to shave this wonderful rug? How will you do that, I mean: won't it damage the loops or will you not pull the loops out of the fabric that way?
I am curious to see the result, Natalia, but please, be careful that you don't damage your precious work.
    Hugs, Ilona

  5. Hi Natalia! I LOVE the pattern of that little rug! It is so cheerful and sweet! I have no experience with punchneedle.... but it seems that it would be great for minis! I look forward to seeing the shaved version!

  8. Ilona, thank you for yous nice comment. Punchneedle is much much easier and takes less time than petit point. Shaving doesn't damage the loops, they are sitting very tight. Here you can see another dollhouse shaved rug
