Today is a day I show the progress of stitching the dollhouse miniature rug - a reproduction of an antique Kazak rug in 1/12th scale.
I worked on the outer border - filled up the background with beautiful Northern Lights color by Gloriana silk on the sides and I started developing the inner border as you can see on the image.
As for the Green Aubusson, there won't be any update today. The reason is that last week we had some business in Montana and I left a bag with all floss for that rug at the hotel. So, I need to go and buy new threads and then will continue working on it.
I wish you all had a great weekend and ready for a new week!

what a pity to forget the bag with floss in a hotel. Can't you ask them the sent it to you? The Kazak looks very nice.
Wow Natalia! What an absolutely great project. I notice that you are doing cross stitching. Does this mean double work?
Hugs, Drora
So teeny tiny the canvas. How many count, Natalia? Your stitches are so fine :).
It has become a thing with me. When I need a stitch fix, I come here :)
Hello from Spain: I love this rug. The colors are beautiful. You're doing a great job .. .. We keep in touch.
What a pity about your threads... but better the threads than your beautiful rug... The progress on the Kazak is amazing as always!
