I had problems when ,after writing email and password, clicking on next window which pops up "Save the/this device" ...perhaps you had logged in from vacation place and had clicked on this?? I now always choose "don't save this device" !

Natalia, I am not sure if these helps. Every time I have a problem, I google to see if others are facing the same issue.
