Just came home from the workshop"Library in a Shadow box" that was organized by a local Spokane Miniature Society. There were not as many people as always but still everyone had fun meeting friends, working on their projects, winning and exchanging gifts, selling and buying.
There was a little exhibition presenting work of our miniaturists in different scales
1/4th scale house
1/4th scale Lincoln house
1/12th scale
and we had a couple of dealers at the show
As for me, I made a little purchase and bought some wallpaper and laser cut frames
I won this cute house in Silent Auction for $10
and went out with 2 gifts:
Door Prize - laser cut sink's kit in 1/12 scale from Diminutive Details
and and Exchange Gift, that has been confiscated by my daughter right the way (she loves cats!)
Happy Weekend!
Natalia

Looks like a fun time. Congratulations on winning the house. It's so adorable. I have the pink wallpaper shown in your picture. I used it on a ballerina room box for my mother in law. Love it!
Hugs,
Lisa
Hi Lisa,
I also liked that wallpaper, planning to make a roombox with my daughter for her needs. Thank you for your comment! Natalia
Hi Natalia! I am sooo in the mood for a Miniature Show and I have been going through withdrawl since June! What a great way to start the cooler seasons with an opportunity to share your passion and that of others and then wins some lovely mini gifts as well! That is the cherry on the top! :D
