After a long non planned break in stitching I am back to my dollhouse miniature needlepoint Heris Serapi rug.
I finished working on the most longest outter border and now started on outlining the lace design with black Gutermann silk in the main border
I am like a sprinter, feel out of breath. The closer I am to the finish line the harder it is. The fun part of stitching is over, I mean the center of the rug, and now only repetitive motifs left. Anyway I am very excited, I can see the Finish Line!

Hello Natalia! Just a thank you for joining my blog but even more than that, I would wish you to know how very much I am enjoying watching what you are able to accomplish with both your needles and your scroll saw! You have magic in your fingers! Your needlework is ultra fine and so is your woodworking! Almost like polar opposites with the solid and the soft but both extraordinarily beautiful! I am just in awe!

Es un trabajo impresionante. Un saludo, Eva
That's a good description of the finish of a carpet, I felt the same way, its harder in the end, when its really easy and just repetitive and you don't need to count as much, just stitch, but I have to force myself to finish, that's how it is with every project of mine =) But it's nice to be done later =) Your working on a very beautiful carpet! Good luck =) Hannah
Brings me right back to my old suspicion... you never sleep... *grin* It's unbelievable how fast you are, dear Mrs. Turbo-needle!

You are a very patient person Natalia! It needs a great deal of determination to petitpoint fine carpets!!
Me maravilla su destreza (y su vista) bordando con esta tela, para mi casi imposible bordar algo más de 2 cm... Es una maravilla su último trabajo.
Felicidades
